2. Booking Guidelines

• Hotel reservations may be arranged through preferred partner programs and can include additional amenities or VIP benefits, depending on availability.
• Custom planning services may include destination research, curated recommendations, reservations, and detailed itineraries. Scope of work will be confirmed prior to engagement.
• Airfare is not included unless explicitly agreed upon. Peter Travels 24/7 is not responsible for airline-related disruptions, including delays, schedule changes, or cancellations.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

• Any planning or service fees will be clearly communicated before work begins.
• Payment is required prior to the delivery of finalized travel plans or confirmation of bookings unless otherwise stated.
• Hotel bookings made without a planning fee still require a valid credit card and are subject to each property’s cancellation and payment policies.

4. Client Obligations

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal details, including legal names and contact information for all travelers.
• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are valid and to stay informed on entry requirements and travel advisories.
• Peter Travels 24/7 is not responsible for travel disruptions due to incomplete documentation, missed departures, or denied entry.

5. Modifications & Cancellations

• All hotel and travel component cancellations are subject to the policies of the individual suppliers.
• Requests for changes after confirmation may result in additional fees and are not guaranteed.
• If you need to cancel a planning service, notification should be provided as soon as possible.
• Once planning services have commenced, refunds may be limited or unavailable.

6. Third-Party Liability
Peter Travels 24/7 works with a network of trusted travel suppliers; however, we are not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers such as hotels, airlines, tour operators, or transportation services. Travel inherently involves risk, and clients assume responsibility for their travel decisions.

7. Privacy Policy
All client information is collected and used solely for the purpose of arranging travel services. Personal data is only shared with relevant suppliers as necessary to complete bookings and is not sold or distributed for marketing purposes.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials on this website—including branding, design elements, text, and imagery—are owned by Peter Travels 24/7 and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
